  Place the jewellery in its original branded box along with the authenticity certificate and invoice to ensure the items are protected during transit.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
